Deal stall
Marcus - circling back on the proposal I sent over last week. Know you're heads-down on the budget cycle, but wanted to make sure this didn't slip off your radar...

Product demo
Watch Fox catch a stalled thread and turn it into a ready-to-send follow-up.
This embedded demo is a placeholder for launch week, but the flow is the real one: Fox notices a signal, drafts the next email in your tone, and hands it over with just enough context to approve fast.
Email + password signup first, Gmail connect later
Privacy-first permission request before Google access
Drafts appear with full thread context and timing

What Fox does
Everything your follow-up process is missing
Fox handles the mechanics of staying in front of deals so you can focus on the conversations that close them.
๐ฌ
Watches your inbox
Fox monitors every Gmail thread and detects when deals stall, contacts go cold, or follow-ups are overdue. No tagging, no folders, it just knows.
๐ Triggers on 8 real sales signals
โ๏ธ
Drafts like you
Fox learns your writing style from sent emails. Every draft matches your tone, your cadence, your voice, not generic AI slop that sounds like a template.
๐ฏ Style-matched from day one
๐ก๏ธ
You stay in control
Review every draft before it sends. Approve, edit, or reject. Fox learns from your corrections and gets sharper with every interaction.
โ Auto-send never fires on first touch
๐
Pre-meeting prep
Before every sales call, Fox surfaces recent thread history, contact context, and open items so you walk in knowing exactly where things stand.
โก Ready 30 min before every call
๐ง
Builds relationship memory
Fox tracks what was promised, what was discussed, and what matters to each contact. Context that normally lives in your head, now it is in Fox.
๐ Linked across every interaction
๐
Detects deal signals
Job change at a key account? Inbound email after 3 months of silence? Fox surfaces the signals that need same-day action before they go cold.

How it works
Set it up once. Fox runs the rest.
Three steps from first signup to a production-ready follow-up system.
1
Start with your account
Create your workspace with email and password first. You can get into Fox before granting any mailbox access.
2
Connect Gmail on your terms
When you connect Gmail, Fox explains exactly what it will access, then starts scanning your history and live thread activity.
3
Review the first moves
Fox drafts the next move in your tone, shows library-build progress, and keeps review in place until you trust it with more autonomy.

FAQ
Launch questions, answered before you hand over inbox access.
The first questions people ask about Fox are about control, privacy, and providers. The homepage should answer those directly instead of hiding them behind signup.
Does Fox send emails automatically?
No. Fox drafts the email and keeps you in review by default. Auto-send is a separate operating mode you enable intentionally inside the product.
Is my email data secure?
Fox requests only the mailbox access it needs to detect follow-up signals, build context, and draft in your voice. Billing and waitlist forms are separate, and the product now explains Gmail access before Google permission is requested.
What email providers are supported?
Gmail is supported today. Google Calendar is optional for meeting prep, and the roadmap already includes more provider support once the core launch path is stable.

Not ready to connect inbox access yet?
Leave your work email and we'll send launch updates, pricing changes, and the moment additional provider support opens up.
Ready to stop losing deals to silence?
Start free with email and password, connect Gmail when you are ready, and let Fox earn its way into your follow-up motion.
